HCST Business Hours and Holidays
HCST office is staffed during week-day (monday - friday) business hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Eastern Time, except holidays. During normal business hours, all client calls will be addressed by our technical staff in priority order.
Outside business hours, on-call technical support is available only to contracted Managed Services clients, HCST*Net Dedicated Internet Access clients and Co-Locate clients. Other clients will be addressed during the next business day.
The following holidays are observed by HCST. On the below-listed holidays, technical support is available as described above for "outside normal business hours".
